He is survived by: his children, Charles Derringer Jr. of Florida, Steven Derringer of Florida, Henderson Derringer of Florida and April Shuler of North Carolina; his brother Earl Derringer of Seymour; his half-sister Kathy Sebastian of Scottsburg, Indiana.; his sisters, Wilma Lee and Juanita; his half-sister Jackie Morris; and his brothers, Richard, Daniel and Ricky Derringer.
