We are sad to announce that on September 16, 2023, at the age of 53, Curtis Lee Bearden of Seymour, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his father Robert "Bob" Lee Bearden; his step-father Marcus Stockhover; and his grandparents, Herman, Roxie Haws (Wilkerson), Robert O. Bearden, Rachel Cameron-Bearden Goodwin and Nate Stockhover.

He is survived by : his mother Connie Marie Bearden Stockhover (Haws) of Port St; his wife Rebecca R. Smith; his son Dylan Levi Bearden of Seymour, IN; his step-daughter Ashley Ann Loutner of Seymour, IN; his brother Ricky Bearden (Glenda) of North Vernon, IN; his step-brother David Stockhover (Debbie) of Columbus, IN; his nephew Cody Bearden of Port St; and his nieces, Whitney Otte (Blake) of Brownstown, IN and Holly Tucker (Dalton) of Edinburgh, IN. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, extended family and lifelong friends.

Visitation was held on Friday, September 22nd 2023 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Memorial Voss & Sons Funeral Service (316 N Chestnut St, Seymour, IN 47274). A memorial service was held on Friday, September 22nd 2023 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, September 22nd 2023 at the Riverview Cemetery (1603 Shields Ave, Seymour, IN 47274).

Memorial contributions may be made to the Christ Covenant Church of Seymour.
