He is survived by: his parents, Benedykt Klapacz and Jozefa Klapacz (Majewska); his sons, Maksymilian Dariusz Klapacz and Milosz Nicholas Klapacz; his sisters, Ewa Koziol (Bogdan) of Poland, Grazyna Dyda (Dariusz) of New Jersey and Alicja Kawecki (Jacek) of New Jersey; and his nieces and nephews, Patrycja, Arkadiusz, Marcin, Samantha and Claudia.
In memory of Dariusz and in honor of his children, memorial contributions may be given to help ensure his sons lead meaningful lives.
