He was predeceased by : his parents, David Lee (D. L.) and Ruth Hayes (Page); his brother-in-law Bill Guffey; and his niece Leslie Ann Guffey. He is survived by : his sister Brenda Lou Guffey of Columbus; his nieces, Dana Ramage (Paul) of Bloomington and Denise Hoffman (Jim) of Seymour; his great-nieces, Paige Jackson (Garrett), Whitney Axsom and Katherine Ramage; and also, Harper and Rhett.
