It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Debra Lynn Wininger of Seymour, Indiana, who passed away on September 23, 2025, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Rosengarm and Dorothy Rosengarm (Allman); her siblings, Betty Arney, Joan Hahn, Rebecca Welch, Coleen Rogers and Steven Corwin; and her niece Brittany Wilis.
She is survived by: her daughter Kara Rosengarm; and her sisters, Rita Thomas and Karen Phillips. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
