She was predeceased by: her parents, John Horak and Lydia Pfledderer Horak; and her sisters, Janet Gant and Joan Corneil. She is survived by: her children, Jim Fox (Ginger) of Salem, Indiana, Sarah Fox of Seymour, Indiana, Carrie Andres (Jamie) of Floral City, Florida. and Susan Smith. She is also survived by children and grandchildren.
