He is survived by: his mother Delma "Dottie" Clark Burkhart of Seymour; his wife Joy Burkhart of Seymour; his daughter Tiffany Heisey (Nate) of Grand Blanc, MI; his sister Beverly Rollins of Seymour; his grandchildren, Garrett and Kaylee Heisey of Grand Blanc, MI; and his sibling's children, Ashley Burkhart of Seymour, James Burkhart of Columbus and Chris Tiemeier of Seymour. He is also survived by his family and friends.
