She was predeceased by: her parents, John T. Hall and Mabel Hanner Hall; and her siblings, Betty Lou Hall, Bruce Hall and Jonathan Hall.
She is survived by: her husband Billy Joe Stout Jr.; her children, Renee Dawn Lewis (Travis), Jessica L. McAnelly (Ridge), Tabitha Reed (Matt), James Farris (Alice), Christian Stout and Benjamin Stout; and her brothers, Elmer Hall, Ray Hall and Bill Hall. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be given to Wilstem Elephant Encounters.
