He was predeceased by: his parents, William Sullivan and Elsie Sullivan (Snyder); and his brother John Liston Sullivan. He is survived by: his wife Jan Sullivan; his daughter Lisa Sullivan; his siblings, David Sullivan (Mary) and Beth Ann Denski (Stan); his sisters-in-law, Mary Carmichael (Don) and Vera Schafer; and his pet Castle. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Family request memorial contributions be made to Immanuel Lutheran Church, 520 S Chestnut Street, Seymour, IN 47274 or to the donor's choice.
