He was predeceased by: his father Clarence Hodson; his wife Dorothy Hodson (Robertson); his sister Gladys McKinney; and his stepsister Betty Shelton. He is survived by: his children, Mark Edwin Hodson (Sara), Matthew Scott Hodson (Victoria), Eric Michael Hodson (Chris) and Deena Kay Lafever (Daniel); his brother Ted Hodson; and his stepsister Phyllis Smith. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren.
