She was predeceased by: her parents, Beve Goins and Dolly Goins (Owens); her husband Charles Arthur Sr.; her brothers, Ernie, Berlin, Bobby and Stanley Goins; and her grandchildren, Jonathon Eldridge and Felicia Cochran.
She is survived by: her children, Charles Arthur Jr. (Carol) of North Vernon, James Arthur (Cathy) of Mounds, Raymond Arthur (Tracy) of Versailles, Phyllis Leffler (Blake) of Seymour, Trish Walters (Randy) of Scipio and Michelle Stockelman (John) of Seymour; and her siblings, William Goins, Lester Goins, Henry Goins, Rosie Bevis, Edith "Cook" Kirby and Susie Calhoun. She is also survived by 21 grandchildren; and 44 great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made in honor of Gracie through the funeral home for expenses.
