He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert A. Kysar and Sarah Katherine Kysar (Stradley); his wife Charlotte Ann Lunte; and his siblings, Alpha Tracy and Frank Kysar.

He is survived by: his daughters, Beth Ann Brooks (Allen) of Floyds Knobs, IN and Jane Jones (Michael) of New Carlisle, OH; his grandchildren, Allison Phillips (Sean) of Chicago, IL, Andrea Lokai (Mike) of Medway, OH and Kristin Guidi (Jon) of Carmel Valley, CA; and his great grandchildren, Joseph Phillips, Thomas Phillips, Giovanna Guidi, Julia Guidi and Maci Lokai.

Memorial contributions may be made to Immanuel Lutheran Church or Immanuel Lutheran School.
