He was predeceased by: his father Raymond Rascoe; and his brother-in-law Jeff Teipen. He is survived by: his mother Beverly Rascoe (Spicer) of Hayden; and his sisters, Peggy Teipen of Tampico and Sara Prince (Mark) of Seymour.
