She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas "Jack" Hancher and Lela Mae Hancher (Taylor); her brothers, Jerry Hancher (TJ) and Jon Hancher; her parents-in-law, Arthur and Bertha Otte (Stockamp); and her pets, Carly, Mia and Bynx.
She is survived by: her husband Paul Otte; her children, Jessica Otte of Seymour and Nathan Otte (Jacelyn) of Seymour; her grandchildren, Owen Otte and Quinn Otte; her sister Gretchen Bode of Seymour; and her sister-in-law Judy Hancher.
Memorials may be given to St. Paul Lutheran Church, Borchers, Lutheran World Relief, or Donor's choice.
