She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Stout; her children, James Taylor (Kenya), Gerald Taylor Stout, Kenneth Stout Jr. and Rachel Taylor Stout; her grandchildren, Josiah Taylor (Caroline), Abigail Taylor, Lydia Taylor, Sarah Taylor, Samuel Taylor, Jackson Davis and Aryanna Fagan; her great grandchild Aven Taylor; her siblings, Trish England, Jean Huff (Larry) and Joe England (Linda); and her brother-in-law Ronnie Moody. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
