She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Charles T. Plummer and Dorothy Plummer (Wesner); her daughter Carrie McCoy; her granddaughter Daelyn McCoy; her cousin Janice Arthur; her close friend Karen McCoy; and her daughter Sarah McCoy.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to an educational fund for Daelyn McCoy in c/o Karen McCoy.
