She was predeceased by: her parents, Marlin Wehmiller and Martha Weber Wehmiller; and her sisters, Linda Smith, Marcia Lynn and Pamela Payton.

She is survived by: her husband Harry R. Howe; her sisters, Jenny Montgomery (Hal) and Teresa Short (Barry); her siblings-in-law, Kenneth Lynn (Nilda), Michael Howe (Becky), Dennis Taylor (Sharon), Belinda Pereira (David) and Leah Howe; and her nieces and nephews, Courtney Lynn, Victoria Lamitinia (Troy), Charity Street, Jake Stice, Jarod Wince, Trea Short (Hannah Bailey), Tristan Short (Hunter Jenkins) and Brandy Buckner.

Memorial contributions may be made in her memory to the First United Methodist Church or the Alzheimer's Association.
