He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnny Cole and Ida Mae Herald Cole; his sister Ellen Cole; and his sister-in-law Carol Cole. He is survived by: his wife Rosetta Cole of Seymour; his son John Cole (Amanda) of Columbus; and his siblings, James Cole of Seymour, Wilson Cole (Bertha) of Seymour, Junior Cole (Gertrude) of Breathitt County, KY and Katie Noble.
