Followell (Rick); her grandchildren, Sonya McIntosh of Seymour, Daniel McIntosh of Seymour and Meigan Vest (Josh) of Seymour; her great grandchildren, Spencer Smith (Abbie) of Polk, Maci, Jayden, Sophie, Tenley, Lincoln, Kenzlee and Sutton; and her great great grandchild Ivory.
