He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Rouse and Elma Rouse (Tedder); his son Darrell Henry Rouse; his parents-in-law, Delbert and Mae Pilman; his son-in-law Steve Garvey; his brothers, Michael Rouse, Kenneth Rouse, Marvin Rouse, Dean Rouse and Melvin Rouse (Marty); his nephew Tim Rouse; his great-nephews, Levi Miller and Xander Wittbrod Rouse; his brother-in-law Larry Joe Pilman; and his cousins, Larry Krebbs and Robbie Krebbs.
He is survived by: his wife Debbie Pilman; his children, David James "D. J." Rouse (Rachel) of Seymour and Donna Lynn Garvey of Seymour; his grandchildren, Darrian Steven Garvey, Jonathon Ford Garvey, Peyton Benjamin Garvey, Henry James Rouse and Connor Hayes Rouse; his sisters, Margrett Moussa of Houston and Marcella Hopkins of Somerset, Kentucky; his siblings-in-law, Jerry Pilman (Sharon) of Cordova, Kevin Pilman (Kim) of Atlanta, Georgia and Theresa Rouse of Freetown; and his aunts and uncles, Herman Seaborne, Roy Lee Tedder, Janet Tedder and Shery Shively. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
