He is survived by: his sons, Jeffrey Max Ernest and Paul "Wesley" Ernest; his grandchildren, Clay Ernest, Sara Ernest, Chad Ernest and Isaac Ernest; and his great grandchildren, Daisy Ernest, Delany Hauersberger, Madelyn Davers, Delyla Ernest, Briceon Ernest and Brealei Ernest.
