He was predeceased by: his parents, Bonnie Bullard (McCulley) and William A. Bullard; and his brother Tracy Bullard. He is survived by: his wife Barb Bullard (Montgomery); his daughters, Casey McPherson (Condell) and Whitney Trimnell (Matt); his grandchildren, Alexa, Ben, Dylan McPherson, Callie and Brooks Trimnell; and his siblings, Shannon Bullard (Susie), Michelle Bullard and William Bullard Jr. Many. He is also survived by Many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, and uncles.
