She was predeceased by: her parents, Nathan Newcomb and Mabel Newcomb; her sister Donna; and her brother-in-law Ray Stoess. She is survived by: her children, Tim Durham, Dana Osler and Courtney Durham; her grandchildren, B. J. Durham, Alex Durham (Natalie), Michael Durham, Timothy Durham, Bailey Osler and Caroline Osler; her great grandchildren, Hazel Durham, Beau Durham, Owen Durham and Margaux Durham; and her sibling's children, Pam Robertson (Phil), Jan Allen (Lowell), Sandy Montgomery (Steve), Teri Worthington (Brad) and Ray Hampton, Jr. (Desiree).

Memorials may be given to Wrongful Conviction Clinic @ I.U. McKinney School of Law or Go Red For Women.
