"Jim" Gushwa; her daughters, Missy Phillips of Nineveh and Megan Gushwa of Columbus; her sister Pam Frye (Chuck) of Nineveh; her grandchildren, Dusty Phillips (Kristyn) of Fruitdale and Sierra Phillips (Kyle Dickson) of Indianapolis; her great grandchildren, Everlee Phillips, Konnor Rorex and Charlee Phillips; her nephew Shane Frye (Amanda) of Nineveh; her great-niece Grace; and her great-nephew Cole.
