She was predeceased by: her parents, Bee Spurgeon and Hazel Spurgeon (Taylor); her husband Marvin Hubbard; and her brother Raymond Spurgeon. She is survived by: her sibling's children, Michael, Susan Spurgeon, Marty, Sally Elmes, Gil, Jane Hubbard, Gary Hubbard, Lu Ann Miller, Jim and Janet Hubbard; her great-nieces, Rebecca Christner and Allison Brock; and her great-nephew Rusty Stevens.
Memorial contributions in Norma's honor may be made out to Seymour Christian Church or Honeytown Christian Church.
