He was predeceased by: his parents, William J. Howell and Mary Elizabeth McGuire Howell; his significant other Melba Audrey Howell; his daughter Debbie Douglas; his son-in-law George Douglas; his daughter Anita Lynn; his daughter-in-law Bobbi Howell; and his siblings, Raymond, Ruble, Lola, Gladys, Floyd, Louise, Harold and Elmore.
He is survived by: his children, Joe Howell, Greg Howell (Sheila) and Penny Donato (Mike); and his grandchildren, Michelle Wingham (Jon Challies), Brandon Douglas, Jeremy Howell (Andi), Will Howell (Heather), Michael Howell (Rebecca), Amber Davidson, Emily Goens (Brayden Murphy), Jolene Stepp (Christopher), Chrishanna Borgman (Cory), Audrey Donato and Izzy Donato. He is also survived by his family and the many friends.
