He is survived by: his father Martin Andrew Kelley; his wife Beverly Kay Kelley (Stark); his children, Mike Kelley (Darla), Karen Werskey (Bruce) and John Kelley (Pam); his grandchildren, Brittney Mang, Bryce Werskey (Leah), Brooke Persinger (Jonah), Justin Kelley (Lindi), Jessica Keim (Zach), Whitney Baker (Scott), Regan Berry (Seth) and Andrew Harrison; his great grandchildren, Leighton, Everleigh, August and Hayes Werskey; his grandchildren, Mia Persinger, Everett Kelley, Rowyn, Opal Keim, Stella, Max Baker and Carter; and his siblings, David Francis (Linda), Margie Emily (John) and Steve Francis (Vickie).

The family requests memorial donations be directed to the creation of the Pat Kelley Scholarship Fund.
