With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Patrick Ryan Followell of Seymour, Indiana, who passed away on August 10, 2025 at the age of 40. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mother Evelyn Marie Followell (Black); and his grandparents, Richard C. Followell, James A. and Pauline Smith. He is survived by: his father Richard Matt "Rick" Followell (Sonja) of Seymour; his wife Nikki Followell of Seymour; his sons, Clayton Prater (Haley) of Seymour and Blake Leatherman of Seymour; his brother Matthew Followell (Amanda) of Seymour; his stepsiblings, Spencer Smith (Abbie) of Polk, Nebraska and Meigan Vest (Josh) of Seymour; and his grandmother Luwanna Followell of Seymour. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
