He was predeceased by: his parents, Neal Boxman and Lois Boxman (Rothert); and his wife Karen Boxman. He is survived by: his sons, Joe Boxman and Marty Boxman; his stepchildren, Jessica Vires, Desiree Ross and Joshua Daily; his grandchildren, Jonah, Clinton, Sydney, Mark, Harmony, Isaiah, Leman, Carter and Arthur; and his siblings, Steve Boxman, Wanda Maschino and Nancy Phelps. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Voss and Sons Funeral and Cremation Services (316 N Chestnut St, Seymour, IN 47274). A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Phillip's honor may be made to the donor's choice.
