She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Box and Eva Box (Pavey); her husband Dr. Conrad Galloway; and her siblings, Ralph Box, Rodney Box, Norma Adams and Radonna Sears.

She is survived by: her sons, Scott Galloway (Marguerite) and Craig Galloway; her grandchildren, Mandy Reinhart (Kevin), Chad Galloway, Nicole Halpern (Jeremy) and Morgan Galloway; and her sister Regina Gabbert. She is also survived by her seven great grandchildren.
