He was predeceased by: his parents, Della Allman and Colvin; his siblings, Robert Dewey Allman, II (Gabriella) and Bonita Elizabeth Wineinger (Millard) of Salem Indiana; his son Douglas Ray; and his niece Cathy Lynn Allman.
He is survived by: his wife Nellie Rose Allman (Allen); his children, Dana Jo Hill (John), Seymour, Roger Duane Allman (Judy), Columbus and Dresa Ann Allman; his grandchild Tracy Dawn Powers (Patrick); his children, Honolulu and Cory Duane Allman (Hannah); his great grandchildren, Cody Lane Powers, Sacha Leann Powers and Kiera Morgan Powers; his nephews, Robert Dewey Allman, III (Karen) and Dennis Wayne Allman (Linda); his niece Gayle Ann Skaggs (Albert); his cousin Corina Kilgas (Allman); Robert Dewey Allman. He is also survived by his dad, brother, nephews and friends.
The family request that memorial donations be directed the Alzheimer's Association.
