She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Leon and Rettie Jane Mitchaner (Rumph); and her son Troy Lynn Sherrill. She is survived by: her husband David L. Sherrill; her son Anthony D. Sherrill (Dina); her granddaughters, Megan and Gretchen Sherrill; and her sister Nita D. Proctor (James).
