He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion Robert and Dorothy Ann Rude (Gerth); his siblings, Cheryl Stout and Thomas Rude; his niece Melissa LeMarr; and his nephew Jared Rude.
He is survived by: his siblings, Richard "Rick" Rude (Donna) of Seymour, IN, Carol Killion of Seymour, IN and Teresa Miranda (Corky) of Brownstown, IN; his sister-in-law Pamela Rude of Bloomington, IN; his nieces, Adrienne Mousa, Jessica Killion-Arvin, Kelsey Bowling and Sara LeMarr; and his nephew Ryan Rude.
Visitation was held on Friday, June 13th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Burkholder Chapel (419 N Chestnut St, Seymour, IN 47274). A funeral service was held on Friday, June 13th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, June 13th 2025 at 1:45 PM at the St. Ambrose Cemetery (1000 N Block Ewing St, Seymour, IN 47274).
