He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Blevins and Elnora Blevins; his siblings, Melvin Blevins and Jean Meyer; his brother-in-law Wayne Schneider; and his wife Marilyn Jean Schneider Blevins.
He is survived by: his son Ryan Kim Blevins (Jane); his granddaughter Jessica Ann Blevins; and his siblings-in-law, Irving Jr. "Nippy" Schneider (Carol), Gary Schneider (Leah) and Ruth Ann Schneider. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, grandnieces, and grandnephews.
