He is survived by: his wife Angela Ortman (Peacock) of Seymour, IN; his sons, Jon Ortman (Erin) of Seymour, IN and Paul Ortman; his grandchildren, Ethan Ortman of Inuyama, Hannah Ortman of Crothersville, IN and Zach Ortman; his brother-in-law Norman Davis of Seymour, IN; and his sister Margie Butler of Irvington, KY..
