It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Scott Allen Elkins of Seymour, Indiana, born in Bedford, Indiana, who passed away on August 21, 2022, at the age of 55, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Charles Austin Elkins. He is survived by: his mother Mary Ann Arthur (Pilgram) of Spencer; his wife Rhonda Poer; his daughters, Courtney Elkins (Elliott Hughel) of Columbus and Rebekah Elkins of Seymour; his sister Connie Dalton (Greg) of Mitchell; and his nieces, Sarah of Mitchell and Emily Dalton of Mitchell.
