She is survived by: her mother Phyllis Carol Banks Barkley; her husband Keith Williams; her daughter Alexis Carol Williams of Seymour; and her sister Kelly Capps of Louisville. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins, one niece and one nephew and many, many friends.
