He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Kriete, Sr. and Mildred M. Donnells; and his siblings, Everett Kriete, Carl Kriete, Jr., Linda Greene and Bonnie Cox.
He is survived by: his wife Teresa K. Kriete of Seymour; his children, Darin S. Kriete (Monica) and Amy Boyt (James) of Seymour; his sisters, Connie Gerth of Seymour and Clara Winslow of Indianapolis; and his grandchildren, Jacob Kriete, Benjamin Kriete, Jackson Boyt (Bri) and Abby Boyt.
