She is survived by: her father Steven Hoadley Surface (Deana); her husband Bruce MacTavish; her children, Conner McDonald and Caroline McDonald; her brothers, Steve Surface (Patty), Scott Surface (Karen), Stuart Surface (Sara) and Adam Surface (Darci); and her aunt Margaret Peggy Ackerman (Steven).
