He was predeceased by: his mother Angeline Boelson Hofer (Boelson). He is survived by: his father LaVerne Hofer of Beresford; his wife Linda Hofer of Seymour; his children, Alex Hofer of Seymour, Emily Hofer and Anna Hofer of Indianapolis; and his sisters, Tracee Wuestewald (Brian), Tami Voegeli (Keith), Trisha Voegeli and Tiffanee Johnson (Ryan). He is also survived by friends and family.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to St. Ambrose Catholic Church, St. Ambrose Youth Ministry, St. Ambrose Catholic School, or to the St. Ambrose Catholic Cemetery Endowment Fund in memory of Terry Hofer.
