He was predeceased by : his daughter Nevaeh Aleece. He is survived by : his parents, Timothy Lee Kerkhof of Seymour and Jackie Johnson (Baughman) of Seymour, Indiana.; his daughters, Madaline Kerkhof (Baylee Young), Mikel Bruemmer and Torre Collins of Crothersville, Indiana.; and his significant other Debra Abel of Seymour, Indiana..

Visitation was held on Monday, April 15th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, April 16th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Cornerstone Community Church (1058 Sarasota Dr, Seymour, IN 47274). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 16th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
