He is survived by: his parents, Keith Penner and Edna Fetherston Penner; his wife Linda Penner; his children, Curtis Penner and Jennifer Schrader (Grant); his grandchildren, Grace Schrader and Madison Schrader; and his siblings, Brian Penner (Jeanne), Karen Penner-Rogers (Buck) and Susan Penner-Shipley (Randy). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
