Meadows Sr. of Shelburn, Indiana, born in Sullivan, Indiana, who passed away on April 4, 2024, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his father Charles Meadows; and his brother Dewayne "Clyde" Meadows. He is survived by : his mother Maybelle Meadows (Snider) of Sullivan, IN; his wife Kay Meadows (Barish); his son David Meadows Jr. (Jenny) of Sullivan, IN; his siblings, Daniel Meadows of Bowling Springs, SC, Dondi Meadows (Teresa), Jennifer Eidson (John) and Julianne Simonic of Virginia Beach, VA; and his grandchildren, Gabriel, Margaret and Harley.

Visitation was held on Thursday, April 11th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Brust Funeral Home (400 N Court St, Sullivan, IN 47882). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 11th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
