She was predeceased by: her parents, George Brooks and Nina Brooks (Harlen). She is survived by: her husband Ernest J. Ford; her children, Stanley Ford (Patti) of Ashland, WI, Donna Cooper of Rensselaer, IN, Michael Ford (Shirley) of Vernon Hills, IL, Phillip Ford (Roberta) of East Chicago, IN, Jeffrey Ford (Peggy) of Camby, IN and Gregory Ford (Tracy) of Wheatfield, IN; and her siblings, Mary Richmond (Gene) of Russellville, KY, Ovada Richmond of Russellville, KY and Charlotte Roush of DeMotte, IN. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and 5 great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 29th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Jackson Funeral Chapel of Rensselaer (250 N McKinley Ave, Rensselaer, IN 47978). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, October 29th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
