He was predeceased by: his parents, Bulah Jay Stevens and Ellen Martha Stevens (Loveless); his son Timothy Stevens; and his siblings, Glenna Mae, Betty, Edna, Lawrence and Glenn Stevens.
He is survived by: his son Troy R. Stevens (Valerie) of Shelbyville; his brother Paul Stevens (Linda) of Shelbyville; his grandchildren, Nathan Stevens (Katelyn), Karman Wade (Andy) and Kyle Stevens; his great grandchildren, Liam, Mila Stevens, Annie and Lainey Wade; and his close friend Tony DelliGatti.
