He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Barrow and Anne May Vannatta (Ward); his son Bobby Eugene "Little Bobby" Barrow; and his siblings, Clarence Barrow, Barbara Snoddy and Susan Barrow.
He is survived by: his spouse Starrelaine "Starr" Rhodes; his children, Robin Tucker (Mark) of Shelbyville, Shonda Barrow of Shelbyville and Richie Barrow of Shelbyville; his brother Kenneth "Butch" Barrow; his grandchildren, Justin O'Neal (Maria), Nikki Curry, Jared O'Neal, Greg Ayers and Kendra Chapman (Colton); and his great grandchildren, Iliana O'Neal, Brandon O'Neal, Serinity Chapman and Sage Chapman. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
