He is survived by: his children, Adam Pittman (Gail) of Shelbyville, Lauren McDowell, Kellie Pittman of Shelbyville and Jennifer McKenney of Shelbyville; his siblings, Sherry Smith (Tom) of Kentucky and Larry McDowell (Amy) of Shelbyville; his grandchildren, Alexis, Quaylynn, Haidyn, Xain, Aulee, Blake, Luke, Cruz, Hayden and Gibson; and his great grandchild Kya. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 at 11:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 at the Glenn E. George & Son Funeral Home (437 Amos Rd, Shelbyville, IN 46176).
