He was predeceased by: his father Boyd Bottorff; his stepmother Joann Bottorff; and his sister Sue Ann Harmon. He is survived by: his mother Wanda Bottorff; his daughter Tabitha Lawver (Troy); his stepdaughter Christy Platt; and his siblings, Mary VanNatta (Bobby), Kathy Wells (Wyman) and Mark Bottorff.
