He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Martha Waltz (Pope) and John Walter Waltz; his son John Waltz II; his grandchildren, Trey (John Walter Waltz III), Jacob, Mattie and Jonah Waltz; and his brothers, Bryan Waltz and Keith Waltz.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that you make donations to the Shelby County Cancer Association, in care of the funeral home.
