She is survived by: her children, Steve Mathies (Debra), Karen Bushfield, Sandra Mathies-Borden, Tamara Long (Gary), Marilyn Branstetter (John), Randy Mathies, Dana Mathies (Robin) and Angela File (Jeremey); and her siblings, Jim Matheis, Jerry Matheis and Virlee Dedrick. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be made in honor of Jane to St. Joseph Catholic Church, 125 E. Broadway St., Shelbyville, IN 46176.
